Unveiling the world of zen
Come back to your breath
Boutique yoga retreats in places that slow you down. Twelve guests, two teachers, one very quiet week.
What a week with us feels like
Start your journey today: our program of events
Four things happen on every Zenora retreat, in slightly different clothes depending on where in the world you unroll your mat.

Morning stillness before the world wakes up
Every retreat opens the day with guided meditation, usually somewhere with a view that does the work for you. We start with breath counting, move into body scanning, and by midweek most guests sit comfortably for twenty minutes, which surprises them every single time.
- Guided sessions for total beginners
- Evening wind down and yoga nidra
- One on one time with the teachers

The idea behind Zenora
Yoga that meets you exactly where you are
We started Zenora in 2017 after one too many retreats that promised transformation and delivered a schedule stricter than the offices we were escaping. There had to be a middle path: real practice, real places, and enough free time to actually feel the difference.
So that is what we built. Small groups capped at twelve, venues small enough to feel like a friend’s house, teachers who learn your name before dinner on day one, and days with honest gaps in them, because rest does not fit neatly between appointments.

The promise
The busiest part of your day will be lunch
No packed schedules, no optional extras you feel guilty skipping. Just practice, food, water, sky, and the space to hear yourself think again.
Open for booking
Exciting yoga retreats
Six weeks a year per venue, never more, because we would rather do a few weeks beautifully than many weeks adequately. Dates fill months ahead.

Why it works
You will feel it by the third morning
Sleep deepens on day two. The jaw unclenches somewhere around day three. By the final practice, most guests have stopped checking the time entirely, which is the only metric we actually care about. The numbers below are from our guest surveys, collected honestly, headaches included.
