What we collect
When you write to us, book a retreat or join our newsletter, we collect the obvious things: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about yourself. During booking we also collect details needed to hold your room and meet venue requirements, such as dietary needs and emergency contact information. We collect nothing else, and we never buy data about you from anyone.
How we use it
Your details are used to answer your messages, run your booking, and send the monthly newsletter if you asked for it. Our newsletter emails always include a one click unsubscribe, and using it actually works. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with third parties, full stop.
Who else sees your information
Venues and local partners receive the minimum needed to host you well: usually your name, dietary requirements and arrival details. Payment processors see what payment processors need to process payments. Nobody else. We do not run third party advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep things
Booking records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@zenoraretreats.com, and we will do it within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only the basic cookies needed to remember your preferences as you move between pages. We do not run advertising cookies, cross site tracking or analytics that profile you. The site is deliberately quiet that way.
Your rights
You can ask to see everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, and we honor all of them regardless of where you write from.
