The boring but important part
Deposits, plans and fine print
Deposits
A 25 percent deposit holds your room from the day you book. The remaining balance lands 60 days before departure, and we remind you before it does.
Payment plans
Pay the balance in three equal monthly installments instead of one, at no extra cost. Just say the word when you book and we set it up by email.
If life happens
Cancel over 60 days out and everything but the deposit comes back, or the deposit moves to any future week within 18 months. Inside 60 days we refund whatever venues refund us, and we help you transfer your spot.
